In this course, you will learn essential skills to elevate the guest experience and make them feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit to your venue.

This course covers everything from serving amazing drinks to treating guests to great hospitality while making every touchpoint a memorable moment for them. This course is suitable for both new bartenders striving to enhance their basic bar skills, as well as experienced bartenders looking to improve their skillset or refresh their knowledge.

LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY: Intermediate
